SMOOTHIE OF THE DAY FROM YOUR CHIROPRACTOR


Ingredients:

1/4 to 1/3 cup of liquid per each cup of solid ingredients of Water
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder
Handful of kale
Handful of spinach
1/4 cup cherries
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup pomegranate arils 



Directions:

Layer in blender and mix!! Note add more or less water to get your desired thickness.
